Please, do not click that DarthWiki link above, I regret it a lot.

Hello there! I am BlakeIsHere (real name: Lucas Blake Ashton). I am British and sometimes anti-social.

Tropes that describe me and my characters:

    My favourite works
Capitalised works are works I was not the target demographic for, but I like them anyways.

    My least favourite works
Capitalised works are works that I really hate.

    Heroes

Lucas Blake Ashton / BlakeIsHere / The British Guy / Welsh Badass / Rejoice for Kelly Marcus

Voice Actor(s): Lucas Blake Ashton

The main Author Avatar of the enormous user.

Tropes:

  • Apologises a Lot: He seems to apologise quite a lot, even when it is unnecessary. Justified, since Blake himself has self-esteem issues.
  • Dude Looks Like a Lady: Downplayed as Blake has long hair and a clean shave.
  • No Social Skills: Blake's lack of social skills is a defining character trait at this point.

    Villains

    Recurring Characters

Ossie Colbert

A 16-year-old in Blake's school. Obsessed with his Chromebook.

Tropes:

  • Angry Dance: His signature "No Chromebook dance", which he usually does when his Chromebook is taken away or he's not allowed it.
    • Exairated in one video, where he was playing Bone Works, and while playing it he broke his Chromebook, making him dance for an entire minute.
    • He also has other dances similar to it, such as the "No Beanbag dance".

Quotes

Blake: My name is BlakeIsHere.
— The intro to his videos

Why is there an Epilogue? I want more spicy lore, that's why.

Oh hello there, my name is Lucas Blake Ashton, you may know me from DeviantArt, and such great shows such as “Opinion-izer”. I am 17 years old, I live in Bangor, North Wales, I live with my parents and my two sisters. I am of Scottish descent.
— Blake's introduction in the same story.

You are now the Pacifist Chocoholic Businessman. Have fun.
This memetic comment from that same story.

No, that cannot be happening! Noooooooooo! I do not want!
— Blake, "The Theory"

Jasper, Helen, Munch, and Pasqually: Chuck E!
Jasper: You’re back! Um, what’s with the heavy metal get-up?
Helen: Oh I was so worried about you, Chuck E!
Chuck E: Get off of me, Helen! Ever heard of some personal space?!
Helen: But Chuck E, you love hugs-
Chuck E: Well maybe I don’t like hugs anymore!
Jasper: Chuck E, you need to chill out! Helen was worried for you and this is the way you want to treat her?
Chuck E: Why don’t you go chase a truck heading to Arizona, Jasper?!
Pasqually: Chuck E! What has-a happened to you?! Why are you acting so rude towards us?!
Jasper: You must’ve hit your head on the door frame walking in here!

BlakeIsHere Network section (WORK IN PROGRESS)

Launching in 1987, BlakeIsHere Network (formerly BlakeTehGreat Channel from 1987 to 2020) is the BlakeIsHere Group's TV channel. And one of the first modern satellite TV channels in the UK, and following Sky One's closure in 2021, the oldest satellite TV channel in the UK still in operation note .

This channel provides examples of:

  • Adored by the Network: Due to how long the channel has been around, many shows have been promoted or aired heavily. The ones below are just a few notable examples.
    • During its over 21-year run, the third generation of the BlakeIsHere franchise was aired and promoted a lot, especially on weekends, usually having 2-3 hours of airtime on the channel.
    • During 2020, the channel worshipped Numberblocks to hell and back, it was promoted and aired even more than the other shows on the channel, hell, even the BlakeIsHere franchise, the Flagship Franchise of the company, didn't get promoted or aired that much due to this note ! This was most likely due to the COVID-19 Pandemic causing schools to close. This all ended when The BBC sued the BlakeIsHere Group for multiple reasons, causing the show to be taken off the channel.
      • This was taken Up To Eleven in November 2020, when the channel aired nothing but Numberblocks. It got so bad that people were theorising that the channel would suffer Network Decay and become a preschool channel or a sister channel to CBeebies.
    • The now-defunct BlakeIsHere Classics block enshrined Thomas & Friends, as it was aired & promoted heavily, both inside and outside of the block. Even after the block ended, the show is still there and is now the most-aired show on the channel.
      • In the final two months of the BlakeIsHere Classics block before it was killed off in September 2022, it was the only show airing.
      • The BlakeIsHere Network 2 channel now only airs Thomas, except for some Chuck E. Cheese showtapes & songs in the early hours and the occasional older episode from the BlakeIsHere franchise (late Gen 1 and Gen 2 mainly).
    • On August 1st, 2022, BlakeIsHere Network officially became a 24 hour channel. The catch? From midnight to 5 am every day, the channels air old shows that have been Screwed by the Network in the past, followed by two hours of the network darling Thomas & Friends (previously Alphabest Friends), before the breakfast show BlakeIsHere: A.M.
  • Breaking News Interruption: Will almost always happen anytime whenever the death of either a former English Prime Minister (most recently occurred with Margaret Thatcher in 2013), a former Head of State of Carlsbergia (most recently occurred with Rhodri Morgan in 2017), an incumbent leader of a country (first occurred with Emperor Showa / Hirohito in 1989 and most recently with Vladimir Putin in 2022), a member of the English royal family (first occurred with Princess Diana in 1997), or someone who is related to the company or it shows (e.g. the death of the creator of the BlakeIsHere franchise, Labret Claus Forrest III (better known under the anagram Albert Lucas Forrest III) in 2020).
  • Network to the Rescue: After The BBC stopped airing Chuck E. Cheese showtapes on BBC One in 2007, which they have aired since 1979, the BlakeIsHere Group brought the rights to air them. And unlike the BBC, they have the original US voice cast, as opposed to dubbing it over with a UK voice cast, and they have kept it ever since.note
  • Screwed by the Network: Many shows have been screwed over, mainly imports but some originals have been screwed. The ones below are just a few notable examples.
    • While the show was initially a success for the channel and was one of the most popular shows for almost a year, The Crazy-Ass Group Show started to be screwed over around the time of the August 2022 rebranding. The official reason is unconfirmed, but the most likely reason was that the company's contract with Warner Bros. Discovery was suspended due to Executive Meddling on Warner's end.
    • The midday talk show BlakeIsHere Discusses, after being treated fairly well, started suffering from this after September 2022. The late-night rerun slot, which has been there since the show's inception, got axed in October 2022 in favour of more reruns of the network darling Thomas & Friends.
  • Spell My Name with a "The": It's not uncommon to see the channel's name have a "the" at the beginning, therefore referring to it as "the BlakeIsHere Network", notably in promos.

Nice job, you reached the very bottom of this page, now shoot up in the Tesco parking lot or I'm calling the Peppa Pig narrator to narrate the obvious on you! Even though no one likes you.
